We can't teach you how to setup multi-language, other knowledge about Joomla. Only can guide you how to do it as above.
If you need more help, eg: setup website for you, or do something with Joomla. Then you should purchase Install Service or rent a developer to help you.

I don't think it is a question of kowing how to do technical things, as I moved the menu in the main menu and it works, maybe it is a problem with the template?

If it was a problem with Joomla! it would not work not even in the main manu.

The menu in other languages disappears if I put it on the top2 position, but it works in other positions.

How can it be?

What is the exactly the problem with your here?! The menu does not show in other languages?
If Yes, please check my above screenshot! You must assign template to your language you want to display menu!
I've helped you assign some templates, and you see menu showing in Italian, Spanish, you must do the same for other language by yourself!
