I just want to know a few things about the installation of the free templates.

1- Do we have to install joomla first and after the template or joomla will be installed at the same time we install the template?

2- If joomla is installed first, do we have to pick the same database than joomla to install the templates?

It's different in packaging and installation templates for each templates providers.
We are provided 2 options for install our template:
1. Use Quickstart Package (use when you want to build a new website)
2. Use Single Template (use when you want to change the template of an active website)
