Frustrated. I appreciate that the forum posts are replied to promptly, but as instructed in the previous post from Rango, I submitted a contact request for support, and have waited several days without a response from VinaGecko. Today, I was going to try a second request for support, but the contact form is non-functional (not recognizing the entered validation code).

I have to say that, rather than play around with the jQuery conflict problems, I opted to fiddle with the php code of the slider I've been using for years to make it more responsive. - which was the only problem I had with it. I guess I succeeded and I'm pretty happy enough with the result, now. So, I no longer have a need for this slider, thankfully, as javascript conflicts are not my area of expertise.

1. Rango is our Technical Support Manager. He will answer all questions about technical (And there is also the answer from VinaGecko).
2. We've got your questions via contact form, but it is the same with your question in forum, so we don't reply it.
3. Contact Form is only use for non-technical, commercial products questions and request custom services.
4. Vina Awesome Image Slider is free module. And we don't support it via contact form.
We also checked contact form and don't see problem with validation code. So please try again.

Hi to all,
I have some problems with the image slider. For few days it worked properly, after that I don't know why but it got crazy.

How you can see the slider don't respect the parameters chose in the module like: Cube effect, dimensions, arrows and play/pause button... and after showing the 2 images I selected it becomes white for some seconds...

Somebody con help me???

Now it's enabled. I selected just 2 images but after the second one it pass to a white page. The effect I chose is CUBE but it's not shown and even the width and height are wrong.

If you want I can give you directly access to my website so you can see better what's wrong...
