Do you want put your logo over all images in slider or for each images?
If you want to put logo over all images, you need modify module to add logo over slider.
If you want put logo over each images, you can put logo inside Image Caption field.

I want to put logo over the slider, not over images .
I have put a new div to show the logo and it's ok but it's not responsive so the logo is big when I see on smartphone

Yes, because it is not a part of slideshow then it can't responsive with slideshow, so you need write responsive code for each devices screen.
