@Michal Sabat: because our template using LESS CSS. So you need write your code in LESS files (in less/ folder).
PS: If you don't want to use LESS CSS, you can turn it off in template config. Then you can write code in template.css.

So I should put :

.tcvn-scroller-k2.theme1 h3 {
min-height: 20px;
line-height: 22px;
margin-top: 23px;
}

in template.less file?

When I put my files on a hosting server and made some changes in configuration.php I saw my site in standart template "protostar".
