Hi, i have installed Vina world II from quickstart, in mozzilla it's ok, but in chrome i modules in the home are overlaped. I don't know why....can anybody help me? thanks

Trying to build children's NPO site with Vina World II. Great template, but I have couple of questions
1. At "Presets" tab we have 4 colors: Link color changes main color of site, text for text))), but I can't find where "header" and "background" are used.
2. I want to make a colored stripe over menu and logo (just decoration). I created "up_header" element in Layout tab over Header (where menu, logo and search are located) but what should I put in this element? Can I use custom modules with different suffixes? Can I create some rows with modules?
I want to do something like this:
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
| green || blue | red | green | yellow || green

What should I do with this stripe if I want it to behave like menu (hover over all content)?

1. "header" and "background" : we have to fixed in the code css to ensure the design of the template . If you want to change them, please let me know

2. Sorry, I don't understand.

This mean changing "header" and "background" colors don't affect website look? Just for technical purposes?

I just want to have a decorative thin color rectangle before logo and menu. It would be great if this bar could behave like Header container (where logo and menu are). I want it to be sticky at top of all pages during scroll, like main menu
Give me an advice please, what is the best way to do this?

it was just interesting to me whether thees colors are used in the template
for example in the picture you have posted orange color is "link"
