Well I have exactly the same problem as 8 months ago

There must be an youtube carousel between the photo header and the module with welcome.
The module is ON, but strangs enough it won't appear.

Ok 4 days now and still no reply.
The module conflicts heavily with other javascript and I do not have the time to fix it and I am sure other sites have this error and yet you do not have a solution for a paid module??
I shall be applying for a refund.

@Klaas Schoute: It seem like you have problem with gzip. Just changed the default template to protostar and check again to see how it work.
