I add this code to module.less file, save it and compile but nothing happened.

What is Syntax?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Try open this file: ROOT/modules/mod_tcvn_k2_scroller/assets/css/style.css and add this code to the end of this file:
#tcvn-scroller-k2248 .main-container,
#tcvn-scroller-k2248 .slider_holder {
     height: 300px !important;
}
