i downloaded Vina Fashion II template
install joomla 3.3.6 in multilanguage (eng, ru, ro )
install the language switcher on position " top1 "
and move the MainMenu in position " category-menu "

menu is displayed twice
once the second time horizontal vertical

I have a question about navigation menu

in the "menu" position is displayed "Main Menu"
EX: crm.cipida.md
when you scroll the page the Main Menu disappears
how did the menu always be visible something like "sticky"-menu
or
how did the menu+header always be visible something like "sticky"-menu

You can set css for menu : fixed;

Css for you :

I found the class # sp-top-wrapper in the file template.css
I added syntax, the menu is fixed , OK

but where I need to add syntax:

.body-innerwrapper {
padding-top: 40px;
}

because the header where it is located "shoping card" come under menu
