Edited the code as instructed. But now the error message the same but on line 210.

modQlFormSomethingElse is named modQlFormSomethingElse.php-rename-me-when-you-use-me (have renamed it)
modQlformSomethingCompletelyDifferent is also named modQlformSomethingCompletelyDifferent.php-rename-me-when-you-use-me (have renamed it)

I guess the code doesn't need the .php

I have put back the original code which was this:

I noticed that the array files all have a lowercase f for form i.e. 'modQlformCaptcha' All but 3 files in the classes folder have a capital F i.e. 'modQlFormCaptcha.php'
I changed them to the lowercase f and now the contact page appears to work fine.
This would explain why it was working on my home MAMP server and not my online testing server. I have noticed this type of problem before with image where the src="image.jpg" but the image file is actually image.JPG. It will load the image on the home MAMP server but not online until i change it to lowercase jpg.

I do have a question about the original code above that it contains 'modQlformCaptcha','modQlformCaptcha' is this double up necessary and should the contact form be generating a Captcha as it does not show up.
