At this time, you can follow this to cut the product name:
1. Open this file: ROOT/modules/mod_vina_grid_gallery_virtuemart/tmpl/default.php
2. Replace line 128 by this code:

<h3 class="product-title"><a href="<?php echo $pLink; ?>" title="<?php echo $pName; ?>"><?php echo substr($pName, 0, 30); ?></a></h3>

You can change 30 by the number characters you want to display.
