I think it is your problem:

Please change permission to 755, and check again.

that api folder already has permission of 755
In the api folder the config.json had permission of 644, I changed it to 755, that didn't fix the problem.

Could you give me FTP account so i can check?

I received an email from my server host (Hostgator) saying they quarantined a file from the Vina Insta Image show module after a scan of my server found was as malicious.

The file in question is /modules/mod_vina_insta_image_show/libs/api/index.php

Could anyone shed any light on why this happened?
