1. When purchasing a personal license for one domain, if I can work with templates on the local server (domain localhost)?
2. Is Fixed bug with saving settings (Helix plugin) to the latest version of your template?
3. If I buy now, new versions of the template I also have to buy again?

1. Yes, you can install template in localhost, or any domain, subdomain for test. But we only support template in one domain.
2. Yes, the problem with Helix have been fixed. You just need download new version of Helix and install it on your website.
3. No, you just need purchase one time and you can download new version in life time of template.
