In a Joomla 3.2.3 installation I have downloaded and installed Vina Jssor Content Slider. I am part way through configuration and find that the "Module Class Suffix", "Caching" and "Cache Time" parameters are missing from the Advanced tab.

This is the only module where these parameters are missing.

Any ideas please.

We are pleased to announce that we have released new version for Vina Jssor Content Slider (v1.1.0).
Changelog:
- Add new params to control image, caption transitions.
- Add new Transition Tools to view Transition for Image and Caption.
Now you can control Image, Caption transitions and use the effect as you want.
And we have added Transition Tools (inside zip package) to that allow you can view demo of each transition before use it.
You can follow this to see how to add Transitions for Caption (It's the same for Image Transitions):

There seems to be a bug with the Configuration Options tab of the Content Slider Plugin in Joomla 3.3 as seen in the screenshot. The slides can't be added.

We've checked our module in Joomla 3.3.1 (in Firefox 30) and don't see problem as your screenshot.
Can you let me know browser you are using? Did you check it in localhost or your server?
It's look like a problem with jQuery can't load.
