I saw the message: MOD_TAGS_POPULAR_NO_ITEMS_FOUND
So i think your system don't have any tags in articles. Please check again.
PS: This module will displays tags used on the site (the tags in articles). So please check and make sure your articles is contain the tags.

only one little question:
What will happen if I have more than 30 tags in my articles?

I'm building a library-page. Only the book-pages have tags (author, genre, etc.).
A few tags (1-5%) have a lot of articles and most of the tags (95 - 99%) have only one or two articles.
But all together there will be more than 30 different tags.
I need only the tags with the most articles in the tagcloud. So if the modul ignore the rest it's ok.
