Please check your tags in your articles and make sure you have some tags there.

This is surely strange.

If I change the setting from "cloud" to "default" under Alternative Layout then there is no problem. So tags must be working and the module can see them.

Can I have deactivated/forgot to activate some plugins, global settings etc. which is required to use the "cloud" option?

I really appreciate your help because I think it is a very cool module.

It's very stranger! Because i've tried many time with the same config and the module is working fine.
Maybe we have problem with jQuery conflict. Could you please check it? Is there any message in fontend?
Can you also post some screenshots in fontend?

There is no error in admin for jQuery or other things. I tried to activate the cloud function and see if Firebug could help, but it found no errors. The section is simply empty and has "<p>Anything in here will be replaced on browsers that support the canvas element</p>" only.

2 pictures attached. One with default layout (shows tags as it should) and one with cloud (empty content, but it respects the settings for background color etc.)

What is your browser, Mkn? And what is the version of Joomla you are using?
