I see from searching that other people have had the problem with no open/close icons displaying. I haven't seen a solution.
The article displaying at the bottom of the page when clicking read more is an issue too.

I installed jquery and have played with some of the parameters. It looks like it's working but there has been no change in the behaviour of Article Accordion (no open/close icons and articles displaying at the bottom of the page. This is output from the jquery log. Is there a special parameter I'm supposed to set?

I'm suggest you should read the documentation of jQuery Easy or contact the developer of jQuery Easy to get the help? They are master of their plugin.
