Sir, may I request you to suggest me how to delete all comments in my joomla website (www.magnuspublishing.com) using Business Plan II? Due many spam comments I am always getting 503 error on my website. When I realized this I have disabled comments and changed the settings to 'login to post comment. Also disabled new user registration. For this time please help me in an easy to understand way "how to bulk delete all the comments from joomla website using K2 safely?" Are there any other causes of 503 error? I don't know whether this is an appropriate platform to make this query or not? Your suggestion will be highly helpful to me. Thank you.

Dear Kumar Wani,

To remove all comment, you can go to Comments Manager in K2 component select all comments and click to button Delete.
After that, you should reboot your server. I think you server have been overloaded.

pls why is it that when i activate compress Css and Js compress, the website does not load well. it is scattered. bcos they saay i have alot of css and alot of js in my head section acording to some seo analysing tools i use online.
How can this issue be solved?
