I've checked your page, and see it's problem with Timthumb Class. That it can't work with IP URL.
It will work when you use an domain instead IP address. So don't worry about it.

Please go to your download area and download latest version: vinagecko.com/downloads
You don't need install quickstart again, just need install template in folder: Template/vina_auevent_v1.0.4.zip
