The code edits the image for ALL testimonials... What if I have 2-3 different testimonials from different clients and want to put different images? How do I do that?

This may be an elementary question... but... I can't seem to find where to activate the page title.

I am no expert in Vina's templates, but you could try and go to Menu -> Menu Item (that has no title) -> tab "Options" and switch title on from here (set it to "Show"). Sometimes it works, and other times it doesn't. It really depends on the template.

Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately it doesn't help... tried it to no avail.
The strange thing is that when I load (or refresh) the page, the title shows for a split second, then disappears...!

Indeed! Huh? It must be the template and unfortunately I am not advance enough in coding to help you with this one. Hopefully one of the developers will be able to help you further. Sorry.

@Casey01: Because the menu of this template is fixed position so it will display over on other element. You need enable breadcrumb module to fix the problem.
