How can I create the same menus at the top of the template but it is placed in the bottom of the temple.

This is so that the user does not navigate from the upper part of the template.

Note: I am using the template blue design II.

Do you need create same menu with same style with top menus?
Or you just need menu with all menu items like top menu in bottom of the template?

I require only create higher menus with the same effects or just the simple menus.

The idea of this is to avoid the customer having to navigate to the top.

Yes, you can do it. Our template does not support it. But you can config menu and style as you want!
