I think you are forget to install or not yet enable Helix Framework. If Yes, please install and active this framework.
I'm also suggest your should read our documentation for this template before go to install/config our template.

Hello!!
I am a Happy "Blue Design II" User. Anyway I'd like to ask you one think that could make better my website.

I have a module in USER 2 POSITION that is "left aligned" ... (as you can see from my screenshoot) Is there a way to put It to the center of the USER 2 Position?

Yes, you can do it by change the css of module position. If you can post URL to your page here, i can check and give you the css code.
