My organisation (LHIS) has a paid subscription to Vina Medical (order ID 1396014164), which we plan to use on many surgery sites in the UK. We wish to use shortcodes on site pages, but these do not seem to work in K2 items. They do work in Joomla articles and modules. For example, see:

https://www.mahavirmedicalcentre.nhs.uk/faqs

This is a K2 item, and as you can see the shortcodes aren't working. However, shortcodes in an article work - see:

www.mahavirmedicalcentre.nhs.uk/test

So my question is:

Can shortcodes be used in K2 items?

If not, then we'll just use articles. If yes, then please give me an idea as to how I can get them working in K2 items.

i've also extracted and installed the file Quickstart_for_Joomla_v3.2.jpa on my local PC with Akeeba Kickstart, running under XAMPP, and I have the same problem with shortcodes not working in K2 items.

I know that K2 and Helix are not your products, but as they are bundled with the Vina Medical template which promises "tons of shortcode" I think it's reasonable to put this support call into yourselves first.

The shortcode working fine with Vina Medical II and K2 component, i've checked many time and don't see any problem.
I think you've purchased template Vina Medical, not Vina Medical II. Please check and confirm it.

Stagger component and menu

I'm using the excellent vineyard Medical II template on my website www.sobreruedasonline.com.mx, the problem I'm having is as follows:

The position of the menu to this item being lapped (topped) of the generated content.
For example the menu item of contact this overlapped with the contents of the AlfContac component.

Could you please tell me how to solve this detail that has arisen to me.

Note: The owner of the web site not me to authorized provide you access to the backend of the web site by which I am waiting indicate me the solution to the above problem.
